1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability of vehicles and drivers.
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon receiving confirmation from our team via call, SMS, or email.
- The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its sole discretion.
- Customers must provide accurate pickup location, destination, date, and contact details at the time of booking.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted modes as informed at the time of booking.
- For outstation trips, an advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
- All prices are inclusive of driver charges unless stated otherwise.
- Additional charges such as toll taxes, state tax, parking, and inter-state permits are to be paid extra by the customer.
4. Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before trip: Full refund or free rescheduling.
- 12–24 hours before trip: 50% cancellation fee applies.
- Less than 12 hours before trip: No refund. Full amount will be charged.
- In case of cancellation due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events, we will offer a full credit or reschedule.
5. Driver & Vehicle
- We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle with a similar or higher category vehicle in case of unavailability.
- Our drivers are instructed to follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines.
- Customers are expected to treat drivers with respect. Abusive behavior towards drivers may result in immediate trip termination without refund.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time. Waiting charges may apply after 15 minutes.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any illegal activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be charged accordingly.
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss or theft.
7. Limitation of Liability
OM SAI RAM TRAVELS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical breakdowns. Our total liability to you in any event shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific trip.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
